The Malaysia-Europe Forum (MEF) aims to promote Malaysia in Europe and vice versa through an exchange of views, furthering of mutual interests and enhancement of links between and among European and Malaysian business leaders, professionals, scientists, academics and humanitarians at a non-governmental level.

GBP International fully supports the Malaysia-Europe Forum as a serious non-for-profit platform for open Dialogue, Debate and Discussion towards better solutions and aims to contribute to the success of the MEF by various means:

GBP's CEO Volker U. Friedrich has been appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Forum. He will also hold the introdutory speech at the MEF Spring Dialogue 2010. GBP will also use it's knowledge about and network in Europe and Malaysia to promote this event and support the MEF with the preparations and organization of this event.
